Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Restorative Nurse to support residents in maintaining independence, mobility, and quality of life through patient-centered care. You will lead restorative programs, collaborate with rehabilitation staff, and ensure safe execution of ROM, mobility, ADLs, and documentation.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional growth, adherence to HIPAA, and a team-focused approach within a facility that values resident-centered care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey RN license.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
• Experience with geriatric wellness programs encouraged.
• Must be able to safely lift/move residents up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Restorative Aides and ensure exercises are performed safely per care plans.
• Administer ROM programs and assist with splints/braces.
• Support mobility, transfers, bed mobility, and ambulation.
• Carry out ADLs and restorative dining support.
• Document progress and communicate with Rehab Director and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain infection-control procedures and safety in the facility.
