Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative therapy programs under the direction of licensed therapists.
• Assist residents with mobility, ambulation, ADLs, feeding, positioning, ROM, and contracture management.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and function.
• Monitor CNA-maintained functional programs and report concerns to therapy or nursing staff.
• Recognize and report changes or declines in resident function.
• Accurately document resident encounters and services provided.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Promote resident safety, quality care, and a positive experience.
