• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct restorative nursing services.
• Assess residents and determine required restorative care levels and assignments.
• Develop and document measurable care plans with interventions.
• Oversee weekly/monthly evaluations and ensure proper documentation by aides.
• Provide restorative services per care plans, including ROM, splints, bed mobility, transfers, dressing, eating, and communication.
• Maintain lists of residents on restorative caseload and those needing splints or special monitoring.
• Supervise dining assistance, weight monitoring, and meal intake documentation.
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to nurse manager and physician.
