Job summary

Qualifications

• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, position, and transport patients.
• Assist with baths, showers, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of a State approved CNA program

Licensed/certified in applicable State

Completed restorative nursing training

CPR certification

One year geriatric nursing experience preferred
