Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients.
• Assist patients with baths, showers, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide physician-ordered exercises to each patient.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
