Job summary

Regency Pacific Management in Wenatchee, WA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide restorative care and support under licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification in the state employed.
• 3 months' prior Nursing Assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Covid-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to participate in restorative tasks.
• Carry out restorative programs designed by therapists.
• Communicate observations and document resident progress.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and ROM.
• Provide a range of motion exercises per care plan.
• Assist with dressing and grooming as needed.
