Job summary

Qualifications

• State Registered Nurse Aide with completed restorative nursing competencies.
• Maintains current SRNA status and annual training/competencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative programs designed by a licensed nurse or therapist.
• Communicates observations of resident participation and response to activities.
• Document restorative activities per facility policy.
• Assist residents with ambulation/transfers, dressing/grooming, ROM, contracture support, dining, toileting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
