Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a State-Registered Nurse Aide to work with the clinical interdisciplinary team to provide restorative nursing services under the direction of a licensed nurse or therapist, with the aim of helping residents attain or maintain their highest practicable level of physical well-being.

You will carry out restorative programs, communicate observations, document activities, and assist residents with ambulation, transfers, dressing, ROM, dining, and toileting.

Qualifications

• State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) with restorative competencies.
• Current SRNA status and annual training must be maintained.
• Completed restorative nursing competencies required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative programs designed by a licensed nurse or therapist.
• Communicate observations of resident participation and response to activities.
• Document restorative activities per facility policy.
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, dressing, ROM, dining, toileting.
