Job summary

Arrowhead Senior Living seeks a Restorative Aide to deliver restorative nursing care to residents per assessment and care plan. You will work under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse and collaborate with therapists to set goals and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, following safety and isolation procedures, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting residents to remain as independent as possible. CNA certification required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Basic computer skills for documenting care and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care per resident care plan.
• Collaborate with therapists to set restorative goals.
• Document daily progress and update records accurately.
• Follow safety, isolation, and privacy policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly.
