Job summary

Woodstock Center for Nursing and Healing seeks a Restorative Aide (CNA) to coordinate and provide restorative nursing care for residents. You will work with the rehabilitation and nursing teams to maximize physical functioning and well-being.

Responsibilities include directing restorative programs, documenting progress, and ensuring smooth transitions from skilled rehab to restorative plans. Daily resident visits help maintain program productivity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in restorative programs tailored to residents.
• Facilitate transitions from skilled rehab to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.
• Maintain restorative nursing progress and documentation for all participants.
• Visit residents daily to ensure program productivity and quality of care.
