Job summary

TMC: Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a full-time Restorative Aide to join a seasoned team and an restorative aide leader. You will provide hands-on care to residents, following the plan of care set by therapy and nursing, and support daily activities such as dressing, grooming, splinting, walking, and transfers.

Work alongside another restorative aide to manage the schedule, ensure all residents are seen, and meet facility staff and therapy team expectations.

Overview

This position is a full-time restorative aide position with the opportunity to work amongst a seasoned team and restorative aide leader.

Responsibilities

Treat residents according to the plan of care set by therapy and nursing. These tasks consists, but are not limited to: dressing, grooming, splinting, walking, exercising, and transfering residents. You will work with another restorative aide within the facility to manage the schedule, ensure all residents are seen, and meet the expecations of the facility staff and therapy team.
