Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a State Registered Nurse Aide to work with an interdisciplinary clinical team in providing restorative nursing services under supervision, to help residents regain or maintain highest practicable well-being.

The role involves carrying out individualized programs, observing participation, documenting activities, and assisting with ambulation, dressing, ROM, transfers, dining, toileting.

Qualifications

• A State Registered Nurse Aide with completed restorative nursing competencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individual restorative programs designed by a licensed nurse/therapist.
• Communicate observations of resident participation and response to restorative activities.
• Document restorative activities per facility policy.
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, dressing/grooming, ROM, contracture support/splinting, dining, toileting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION

• Responsible for carrying out individual restorative programs designed by a licensed nurse and/or therapist.

• Assist residents with restorative activities that include, but may not be limited to, ambulation/transfers, dressing/grooming, range of motion activities, contracture support/splinting, dining, toileting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS

A State Registered Nurse Aide that has successfully completed required restorative nursing competencies. Maintain current/active SRNA status and required annual training and competencies.
