Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking a full-time restorative aide to assist geriatric patients at our facility. The role requires a current CNA license in good standing and values strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience in long-term healthcare is preferred. The successful candidate will work with the therapy team and nursing staff to implement restorative treatments and maintain the patients’ functional status, while providing accurate, timely documentation.

POSITION DUTIES:

Responsible for providing restorative treatment to a full caseload of patients, to improve or maintain function. Perform restorative and exercise tasks on patients as delegated by a therapy clinician. Provide a treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential. Work with the therapy team and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care. Provide quality documentation as required
