Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking a full-time restorative aide to assist geriatric patients at our facility. The role requires a current CNA license in good standing and values strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience in long-term healthcare is preferred. The successful candidate will work with the therapy team and nursing staff to implement restorative treatments and maintain the patients’ functional status, while providing accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in verbal and written documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative treatment to a full caseload to improve or maintain function.
• Perform restorative and exercise tasks as delegated by therapy clinician.
• Develop treatment plans to help patients reach maximum potential.
• Collaborate with therapy team and nursing staff to ensure quality care; document as required.
