Job summary

Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach is seeking a Restorative Aide to join our compassionate care team. You will support residents with restorative programs, work under licensed nurses and therapists, and help document care to ensure a high standard of daily living.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain continuity of care and promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. We offer meaningful work with health benefits and PTO to support your well-being.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative care programs to enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
