Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or general labor.
• Participation in On-Call Program (Rotation).
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Reliable transportation and clean driver's license.
• Tech-savvy with mobile devices and Office apps a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work well in teams or independently.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete restoration tasks based on work orders.
• Understand water, mold, smoke removal procedures; operate restoration equipment.
• Identify mitigation steps based on property conditions.
• Apply construction skills (drywall, doors, windows, flooring, etc.).
• Communicate progress to Restoration Lead/Production Admin daily.
• Collect information for supplements and change orders.
• Support job costing with accurate data.
• Develop vendor relationships; monitor quality and timeliness.
• Utilize company software (DASH, Nextraq, TSheets) for tasks.
• Aid in SOP development; keep job site clean and safe.
• Model and enforce safety rules; handle on-site emergencies.
