Strong Restoration of Michigan is seeking motivated individuals to join our hands-on restoration team in Michigan. You will respond to water, fire, and mold scenarios, operate drying equipment, take moisture readings, and document affected areas while helping restore homes and businesses.

No restoration experience is required to start; we train on the job. Candidates should be dependable, able to lift 50–75 lbs, and willing to participate in emergency/on-call work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift approximately 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in a variety of environments.
• Willingness to participate in emergency/on‑call work.
• Dependability and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property‑damage jobs.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment.
• Take moisture readings and document affected areas.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Protect customers’ homes, businesses, and belongings.
