Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties. The role involves executing restoration procedures, operating equipment, and maintaining safety standards under supervision from Lead Technicians or Project Superintendents.

The team works closely with clients and insurers to ensure efficient recovery, with on-call rotations and a commitment to high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: IICRC preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year in water damage restoration preferred.
• Familiar with water, mold or fire damage restoration preferred.
• Able to follow written or diagrammatic instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work in fast-paced team environments.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Must wear PPE and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, debris removal, content cleaning, and mold/ biohazard cleanup.
• Document measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and work orders in job management systems.
• Communicate job details and status with clients, managers, and team.
• Maintain neat, safe worksites and follow safety rules.
• Keep truck stocked and organized for site tasks.
• Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
