Job summary

Restoration Management Company in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Technician II to work under the Lead Technician, applying industry tools and following quality processes. You will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with other departments to complete restorations.

Candidates should have at least one year in construction or similar work, be physically able, understand safety protocols, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• One year minimum work experience in construction or similar environment.
• General understanding of basic safety protocols.
• Physically fit to perform duties described above.
• Possess dexterity, good sense of balance, good eye/hand coordination.
• Good grasp of English language (written and verbal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Lead Technician regarding assigned work.
• General understanding of work within the restoration industry (tools, equipment, processes, safety protocols).
• Determine equipment and materials usage when assisting on the completion of a job.
• Assist in expediting completion of the job, may include picking up materials, moving contents, performing repairs adhering to code regulations.
• Assist Lead Technician in maintaining company vehicle and restock supplies.
• Submit timecards in a timely manner.
• Attend safety briefings and training as required.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and wear respiratory protection when required.
