Job summary

Restoration Management Company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Technician II to perform restoration tasks under supervision of the Lead Technician. You will apply industry tools and equipment following our quality standards, interfacing with other departments within the company.

Requirements include at least one year in construction or similar work, safety awareness, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance. On-site, full-time role with PPE and safety trainings provided.

Qualifications

• One year minimum work experience in a construction or similar work environment.
• Good grasp of safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to read and understand basic written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Lead Technician and assist on jobs.
• Understand restoration tools, equipment, and processes used on site.
• Determine equipment and material usage for job completion.
• Assist with material pickup, packing, and moving client contents as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and restock supplies as required.
