Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Technician II in Portland to perform field restoration work under supervision. You will use industry tools, follow processes, and support the Lead Technician and Branch Manager to meet quality standards.

The role requires at least one year of construction-like experience, safety awareness, and physical fitness. Valid driver’s license and PPE use are part of daily duties in a 24/7 restoration environment.

Qualifications

• One year minimum work experience in a construction or similar environment.
• General understanding of basic safety protocols.
• Physically fit to perform duties described.
• May require valid driver's license.
• Good eye/hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand basic written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Lead Technician regarding assigned work.
• Understand restoration tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Determine equipment and material usage for jobs.
• Assist in expediting job completion and perform construction repairs per specs.
• Maintain truck, stock supplies, and assist with time reporting.
