Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Technician I in San Jose to learn and assist with field restoration tasks. Under supervision, you will gain knowledge of industry tools and equipment during on-the-job training and report to the Branch/Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting Lead Technicians, handling materials, lifting contents, and maintaining safety practices. This role requires basic tool experience, ability to read instructions, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand tools in construction or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to understand and apply basic safety protocols.
• Physically fit to perform duties described.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Lead Technician and perform assigned tasks as directed.
• Move materials, lift and pack contents, and assist with cleanup.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed.
• Complete time reporting, crew sheets, and notes promptly.
• Attend safety trainings and follow PPE guidelines.
• Wear respirator when required and follow safety regulations.
