Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Chattanooga seeks a Cleaning & Restoration Technician to deliver residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services, including carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery, tile and grout, water and storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma (or GED).
- Math skills applied to select equipment type and number of units.
- Basic computer skills for emailing and reporting daily activity.
- 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related specialty cleaning.
- IICRC certifications are highly desired.
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services; opportunities to gain Mold Mitigation, Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications; compensation increases with experience and certifications.
- Carry out reconstruction tasks as needed (drywall, trim, paint).
- Complete cleaning/restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
