Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support a range of cleaning and restoration services. The role emphasizes timely, high-quality service delivery and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Adequate math skills and the ability to apply techniques to select equipment and units.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and portable devices for reporting daily activity.
• About 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related cleaning specialties.
• IICRC certifications are highly desired (CCT preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services offered by the company.
• Complete cleaning/restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain daily logs.
• Complete work orders and manage tools and supplies.
• Maintain inventory and stay current with new equipment/tech.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to industry innovations.
