Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team in the United States. You will assist in delivering residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services, while upholding quality standards and safety. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and prior floor cleaning experience.

IICRC certifications are preferred. This role offers advancement opportunities and a path to certifications in water and mold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reporting skills.
• Experience in floor cleaning preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Carpet Cleaning Technician certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers. Hourly rate increases with experience and certifications in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and complete daily logs and work orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Willing to learn and adopt new equipment and technology in the industry.
• Uphold company standards and accountability.
