Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support customers by delivering timely restoration services with attention to quality. The technician will perform carpet and floor cleaning, document work, and maintain equipment and supplies while communicating clearly with customers and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Basic math skills and ability to determine equipment needs.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related cleaning experience.
• IICRC certification such as Carpet Cleaning Technician preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services.
• Complete cleaning documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work; complete daily logs.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools and supplies for company vehicles.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
