Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support rapid expansion and excellent customer service. You will perform carpet and floor cleaning, restoration tasks, and documentation while learning advanced techniques and equipment.

The role offers opportunities to advance into specialized restoration tracks, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficient job completion for residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or GED).
• Math skills: apply learned techniques to determine equipment type and quantity.
• Computer skills: basic proficiency in using computers, email, and portable devices for reporting daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related cleaning tasks.
• IICRC certifications such as Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services as offered by the company.
• Complete appropriate cleaning documentation and authorizations.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Be willing to learn and work with newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Uphold company standards and accountability.
