Job summary

SERVPRO of Augusta is seeking a Restoration Technician to perform restoration processes and maintain SERVPRO equipment and service vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration with the Restoration Supervisor and other team members.

Responsibilities include loading and organizing equipment, preparing rooms, performing restoration tasks, and ensuring a clean jobsite and warehouse. Training and advancement in restoration services are encouraged within a full-time, on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
• Strong work ethic and strong oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform restoration processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with the Restoration Supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.
• Develop restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
