Job summary

SERVPRO Franchisor, LLC is seeking a Restoration Technician to execute restoration procedures, load and organize equipment, and prep rooms for work while keeping vehicles and gear clean and presentable.

You will follow safety guidelines, communicate with supervisors and teammates to maintain workflow, perform end-of-day cleanup, and support warehouse and site operations; travel to local jobs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure equipment is clean and presentable.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.
• Perform restoration processes as directed by the Restoration Supervisor and Restoration Manager.
• Follow all safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned.
• Continue developing expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by employer.
