What does a Restoration Technician do? They fix broken buildings. Whether it's a broken pipe or a major storm, we respond to emergencies to restore our customers' lives. You'll be a key part of this response.

Previous experience and IIRC certifications are a plus but not required. We will support your training and development.

Brief Description: The Restoration Technician is a first responder for property loss situations, mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board-up, cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, and handling.

Responsibilities include:

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Demolition
• Supervision of temporary labor
• Providing high-level customer service with empathy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Successful background checks
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to be on-call 24/7
• 1 year of restoration or maintenance experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands: Usually quiet environment. Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Regularly sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Must move around regularly.

Travel: Occasional (<25%), including some overnight travel for training or meetings.

Compensation: Competitive pay between $15-$25/hour plus benefits like 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, equipment, and apparel allowance.
