Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency situations like water and fire damage
• Perform restoration activities such as water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition
• Load and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies
• Communicate safety hazards and job site needs to supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with clients about the restoration process
• Perform cleanup tasks including water extraction and drying

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related fields preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus

Skills/Physical Demands:

• Lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 with assistance
• Climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying
• Work with cleaning agents
