Job Description:

This role is part of our Contents/Cleaning team. Responsibilities include packing contents from damaged properties, cleaning/restoring contents onsite or at our facility, cleaning structures, storing and packing contents back, and responding to service calls following SERVPRO guidelines. Communicate with the crew chief to ensure customer needs are met, support team members, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergencies like water and fire damage
• Perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles and supplies
• Communicate safety hazards and job site needs effectively
• Maintain clear communication with clients and explain restoration processes
• Perform cleanup and restoration tasks

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 with assistance
• Climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Work with cleaning agents
