Job summary

SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is hiring a Restoration Technician at our Chantilly Office. You will prepare rooms, set up equipment, and assist in restoring properties after fire and water damage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
