SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead residential and commercial restoration crews, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on projects from start to finish.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching others, solving problems, and delivering results while managing documentation, job-site briefings, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform heavy physical work.
• Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and disaster restoration settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor restoration team members.
• Conduct daily job site briefings and assign tasks.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, insurance professionals, and management throughout the project.
• Complete documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job records using company software.
