Job summary

SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate restoration projects and lead field teams. The role focuses on delivering quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards across job sites in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

The candidate will supervise technicians, document job files, and uphold SERVPRO’s Here to Help commitment while promoting professional development and career progression within the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with help.
• Experience with restoration or construction is preferred.
• Able to follow OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform restoration production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer experience and monitor online reviews for satisfaction.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations clearly.
• Document detailed job files to support services provided.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protect equipment/assets.
• Coach and train technicians to improve performance.

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided

  Additional Responsibilities

  • Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
  • Coach and train restoration technicians

  Position Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification a plus, not required

  Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
