Job summary

SERVPRO of Savannah is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate, monitor, and perform work activities on projects, ensuring service needs are met and a positive customer experience.

You will lead restoration technicians, manage safety and OSHA guidelines, document detailed job files, and collaborate with project managers to keep projects on track. A valid driver's license and 1 year of field experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform restoration production activities as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and monitor online reviews.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations clearly.
