Job summary

SERVPRO of Eau Claire is seeking a motivated Restoration Supervisor in Training to learn, lead, and advance on our production team. You'll support and eventually oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work and a positive customer experience.

As you train under experienced leaders, you will gain hands-on experience in water, fire, mold, and property damage restoration while developing supervisory skills and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset required.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred (supervisory).
• Able to work in physically demanding environments and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn to assign, coordinate, and perform work activities on restoration projects to meet service needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support and supervise Restoration Technicians, communicating clear expectations and maintaining quality control
• Assist in identifying safety hazards and implementing proper safety measures
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
• Help manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
• Perform vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance as assigned
• Continue developing restoration expertise, including equipment, cleaning products, and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service as a front‑line representative of our brand
