Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support daily field operations, coordinate projects with restoration technicians, and ensure adherence to SERVPRO standards. The role involves direct interaction with customers and managing project progress.

You will help schedule work, monitor budgets, and promote safety protocols on site. The ideal candidate has restoration experience and a valid driver’s license; IICRC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work directly with customers: maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep projects on track: document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a safe work environment: spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond when needed: participate in the on-call rotation, including helping with local and out-of-town storm work when required.
• Help build team skills: assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
