Job summary

SERVPRO East Central Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to lead crews, oversee field projects, and deliver high-quality service. You’ll coordinate production, maintain safety standards, and serve as the primary link between technicians, customers, project managers, and office staff.

The role emphasizes team leadership, communication, and hands-on restoration work with opportunities for professional growth within an established restoration company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related field.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop restoration technicians
• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Perform and oversee restoration services
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
• Communicate with customers and clients throughout the project
• Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation
• Manage equipment, materials, labor, and consumable usage
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to management
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
• Properly maintain and protect company equipment and materials
• Train and coach team members to improve performance and workmanship
• Take ownership of the overall customer experience
