SERVPRO of Piscataway is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to oversee and lead our restoration technicians. You will coordinate, monitor, and perform work activities on projects to fulfill service needs and deliver a positive customer experience.

The role requires a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented individual with at least 1 year in cleaning, restoration, or construction and a valid driver’s license. OCT certification is required, with ASD/FSRT/OCT as nice-to-have credentials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Experience with using Xactimate is preferred but not required.
• Certifications required: OCT – Odor Control Technician.
• Certifications preferred, but not required: ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician, FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT – Odor Control Technician.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead restoration technicians on projects.
• Coordinate, monitor, and perform activities to fulfill service needs.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on active jobs.
• Prepare and review job sketches and scope sheets.
• Inspect completed jobs and obtain customer signatures of satisfaction.
• Prioritize tasks and manage inventory of supplies.

SERVPRO of Piscataway is seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Restoration Supervisor to oversee and lead out restoration technicians. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry (Water, Fire, Mold)
• Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
• Coach and train restoration technicians and ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs
• Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site
• Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency
• Completes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software
• Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for certification of satisfaction
• Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
• Maintain inventory of supplies

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance) climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
