Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration projects with a focus on safety and quality. You will schedule subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure work adheres to plans, specs, and codes.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, the ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and strong customer service skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Knowledge and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines.
• IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
• 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope.
• Verify material deliveries match purchase orders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and vendor evaluations.
• Track project progress and maintain schedules.
• Identify out-of-scope items and report to project managers.
• Provide daily project updates.
• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customers.
