Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall in Maryland is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations and keep projects running smoothly.

You will work with restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards while maintaining safe practices and timely budgeting.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver's license.
• IICRC certifications preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in on-call rotation and storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
