SERVPRO of Central Union County is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring high-quality customer service and team support. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in the restoration industry, with necessary IICRC certifications and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

Your Role As a Restoration Supervisor

You'll be the face of SERVPRO's Here to Help commitment. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and perform restoration projects (Water, Fire, Mold & Specialized Cleaning), ensuring completion on time and within scope.
• Manage and support restoration technicians and other labor forces while maintaining a positive team culture.
• Communicate progress and updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Ensure proper documentation of all projects, including equipment usage and progress tracking.
• Oversee safety protocols to ensure compliance on all job sites.
• Oversee and perform production processes, including demolition and mitigation, to fulfill service needs of commercial and residential projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: MANDATORY 3+ years in the restoration field.
• IICRC Certified: MANDATORY IICRC Certified in WRT and ASD.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
• Drive: Holds a proactive attitude to get the job done right.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Communicate with customers, clients, Servpro teams effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Experienced use of technology.
• Commutable: Lives within 30 minutes commute to our office.
• Must hold a valid NJ State Driver's License in Good Standing.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating on call duties. Will require hours outside of normal schedule based on business needs.
• Construction experience is a PLUS.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to effectively manage a worksite and crew, including acting as a liaison between customers and Production Techs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products.
