Job summary

Brick Restoration, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Restoration Specialist (Outside Sales) to drive B2C masonry repair and restoration solutions.

You will meet customers at their properties daily, build proposals with scope and pricing, and manage leads from initial contact to signed jobs. You will support crews, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure timely, high-quality execution and 5-star satisfaction across your territory.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in the residential construction industry.
• Proven sales record, preferably in the construction industry space.
• Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual - English and Spanish is preferred.
• Clear and safe driving record is required.
• Must live within a reasonable daily commute to the Irving, TX office.
• Dynamic sales skills with proven results in achieving benchmarks and quotas.
• Consultative B2C sales skills.
• Efficient time-management skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs & Sheets, CRM, etc.
• Full Time: Monday to Friday +1 Saturday per month.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet face to face with customers daily at their properties to conduct B2C sales and offer solutions for masonry repair needs.
• Manage 3-6 customer lead appointments per day, 4-5 days a week.
• Create proposals with a clear scope and accurate labor, materials, and job time.
• Conduct consistent and effective follow-up on estimates.
• Represent Brick Restoration at industry trade shows 2-3 times per year.
• Maintain excellent customer communication by phone & email on awarded projects.
• Locate and procure materials, dispatch crews, and conduct customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with logistics & construction crews to ensure execution quality.

Position: Restoration Specialist (Outside Sales)

Are you highly motivated, fast-acting, and responsive? We are looking for a dynamic Restoration Specialist to join our team and perform outside sales for our masonry repair and restoration services. You will have the opportunity to utilize daily marketing driven leads to help customers improve their properties by proposing the right solution to their masonry challenges. You will also support our masonry crews with clear instructions and direction, ensuring they complete jobs quickly, with zero mistakes, and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibility is to turn leads into sales and deliver a 5-star experience across your designated territory.

Sales Responsibilities of a Restoration Specialist

Restoration Specialist Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation $80k-$100k: Base Salary + Commission + Annual Sales Bonus.
