Accentuin, LLC. is seeking an experienced outside sales professional in the Memphis area to build relationships with plumbers and plumbing contractors. You will create and manage a referral network for water damage restoration services, attending industry events and hosting educational sessions.

This role is highly active with regular travel within the territory, networking and events, and potential after-hours commitments to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience is required.
• Comfortable walking into a room, starting conversations, building relationships, and presenting to groups of 15–20.
• You know how to sell without making people feel like they're being sold to; relationship-building, credibility, and follow-through matter.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and other technology to manage presentations, communication, and day-to-day sales activity.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in restoration, plumbing, home services, insurance, or another referral-driven industry is a plus.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Accentuin is partnering with an established disaster restoration company that has spent nearly 20 years growing its business and creating long-term career opportunities for its team.

They're looking for an experienced outside sales professional to build relationships with plumbers and plumbing contractors, creating a strong referral network for the company's water damage restoration services.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You'll be out in the market building relationships, attending industry events, hosting educational presentations, and becoming the person local plumbing professionals think of when their customers suddenly need a restoration company.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Develop new relationships with plumbers and plumbing contractors throughout your territory and turn those relationships into a consistent source of referral business.
• Build your pipeline through face-to-face outreach, networking, trade shows, industry events, educational seminars, and targeted marketing efforts.
• Become a trusted resource to plumbing partners by helping them understand restoration services, industry trends, and how a strong restoration partner can better serve their customers.
• Plan and host networking lunches, presentations, and educational events for groups of plumbing professionals.
• Stay connected with referral partners, track opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to make sure referred customers receive the level of service you promised.
• Build a professional presence within the local market, including appropriate use of social media to develop relationships and increase visibility.

WHAT YOU BRING

THE REAL DEAL

This is a highly active outside sales position that requires regular travel throughout your territory, networking and events, and flexibility beyond traditional office hours. The role also includes on-call responsibilities and may require 48+ hours per week depending on business needs.
