Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Mishawaka, IN to lead restoration projects and manage subcontractors. You will ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, codes, and scope, while overseeing quality and safety on site.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and crawl spaces.
• Knowledge and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope.
• Verify material deliveries match purchase orders.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and vendor evaluations.
• Track project progress and maintain schedules.
• Identify out-of-scope items and report to project managers.
• Provide daily project updates.
• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customers.
