SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and perform restoration projects, ensuring safety, quality, and a positive customer experience as the front-line representative of the SERVPRO Here to Help brand. This full-time role demands leadership of technicians and diligent documentation of each job.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in cleaning/restoration or construction, a high school diploma or GED, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Experience in a supervisor role preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
• Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians and supervise their activities.
• Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to protect occupants and workers.
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and risk management guidelines.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables; safeguard equipment and materials.
• Coach and train Restoration technicians.
• Communicate with Restoration manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance; manage facility and grounds.
