Top-ranked Fire & Flood Restoration client is opening a new office in Waukegan, IL, and is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join their team. Ideal candidates will have experience with the following.

Job Duties:

• Market and grow relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiences.
• Manage 50 ongoing construction and insurance restoration projects.
• Maintain and manage key accounts/clients.
• Provide detailed scope of loss and estimates on construction projects and property insurance losses.
• Prepare, negotiate, record, communicate, and secure approval on project scope with insurance adjusters and property owners.
• Oversee contracts, job files, estimates, change orders, certificates of completion, and other pertinent paperwork.
• Secure and scan applicable contracts and paperwork into the job folder.
• Coordinate financials including invoices, draws, and final payments.
• Prepare documents for mortgage companies and escrow accounts; communicate with administration.
• Notify administration when to update and close jobs upon approval.
• Develop a vendor network of skilled trades to complement in-house services.
• Create budgets for Project Managers to follow during repairs.
• Meet or exceed project budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers to produce jobs while meeting financial goals.
• Achieve and surpass annual sales goals with good margins.
• Maintain top-rated customer service ratings.
• Meet or exceed RMS scoring metrics.
• Create and meet yearly sales goals.
• Maintain high Customer Service Ratings on all losses.
• Follow industry trends in claims and loss adjustments.
• Stay updated on new industry technology, building products, and trends.
• Participate in networking events to develop referrals and promote Paul Davis' brand.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
