Direct Hire Opportunity

Top-ranked Fire & Flood Restoration client is opening a new office in Waukegan, IL, and is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join their team. Ideal candidates will have experience with the following:

Job Duties:

1. Market and grow relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiences.
2. Manage 50 ongoing construction and insurance restoration projects.
3. Maintain and manage key accounts/clients.
4. Provide detailed scope of loss and estimates on construction projects and property insurance losses.
5. Prepare, negotiate, record, communicate, and secure approval on the scope of the project with the insurance adjuster and property owner.
6. Oversee contracts, job files, estimates, change orders, certificates of completion, and other pertinent paperwork.
7. Secure & scan applicable contracts and other paperwork into the job folder.
8. Coordinate financials including invoices, draws, and final payments.
9. Prepare documents necessary for mortgage companies and escrow accounts & communicate with Administration.
10. Once approval is received, prepare & communicate to administration when to update and close the job.
11. Develop a vendor network of skilled trades to complement Paul Davis in-house services.
12. Create budgets for Project Managers to follow during the repair process.
13. Meet or exceed the project budget.
14. Collaborate with a project manager on producing the job while hitting financial goals.
15. Achieve or surpass annual sales goals with good margins.
16. Maintain top-rated customer service ratings.
17. Meet or exceed RMS scoring metrics.
18. Create and achieve yearly sales goals.
19. Meet or exceed Customer Service Ratings on all losses.
20. Follow insurance trends in claims and adjusting losses.
21. Grow knowledge of new industry technology, building products, and current building trends.
22. Participate in networking events to develop referrals and grow Paul Davis' brand.
