Job summary

PuroClean of South Chesapeake is seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to respond to emergency property damage calls, performing water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and related tasks to restore homes and businesses. This role involves setting up drying equipment, taking moisture readings, documenting progress, and protecting customer belongings, all while maintaining safety and quality work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging environments.
• Available to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Restoration experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
